SUPPORT

Motivated by Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Wangari Maathai, three siblings, Felix (9), Franziska (10) and Flurina (7) started the Pupils’ Initiative in 2007 and planted one million trees with other pupils in Germany in just three years. Together, with children worldwide, they would like to plant one million trees in every country of the world. Today, children of 91 countries have taken action.

These children do not want to become foresters but they do want to be heard. Each tree is a symbol for climate justice. The children learn to build up global networks, to tackle global problems with one another, and to take their future in their own hands. An active commitment is the key to be able to look optimistically into the future. Trees are their legitimation, climate justice is their claim. With this, they hold up a mirror to the major players. GREEN BRANDS is happy to support this unique and worldwide Pupils’ Initiative. In addition to making a donation to a project regarding reforestation, we would also like to motivate you to join the initiative! What are you waiting for?
